Not enough tables for the amount of players they have, so that is not good as hard to get on a table and then the slots you can not smoke at one and 5 feet away you can? What good is that. The rest of the place though is just confusing to me at least. Nothing wrong there, so I would give the rooms a 5. Honestly my star rating is based on my experience as the hotel is very nice and rooms are nice and clean. I would give it a two star, but Elvira at the front desk gets it a extra star. The resort fee on my reservation was $27.99 per night however upon check-out I was charged $78.68 for two nights. We saw group after group come and leave angry at the ridiculousness of it all. They have a free happy hour with a DJ from 5-7 and a free night swim til 9:00 but we were told that even with that it’s first come first serve, and people who reserved cabanas and lounge chairs would be counted first even if they left so your chances of getting in for happy hour are slim to none if you come too late. The prices are pretty outrageous - a cabana for $200-$500, a day bed for $100 and a lounge chair for $80. I was very disappointed to learn that even with reserving a $20 bar chair at the rooftop pool you could not swim.
Our room was fine with a side ocean view, even though our reservation was for an ocean view. Paid for an upgrade based on comments about the other towers being old and outdated.
